Plant-Based Transitions ✨

I used to eat meat every day. Like many people, I wanted to eat more plants for my health and peace of mind, but the process felt overwhelming — figuring out what to buy, how to swap ingredients, and where to actually find things that tasted good and fit real life.

That's why I created this practical guidance. I focus on the everyday logistics that make the biggest difference: smart grocery swaps, label reading, store navigation, and simple substitutions that work even if you don't love cooking.

You don't need to go fully vegan overnight.

Many of the people I work with start by eating more plants while keeping what feels comfortable. The goal is sustainable change that fits your routine, family, and budget — without stress or deprivation.

What this looks like in practice:

Personalized shopping strategies tailored to the stores you already use (Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, local markets, and everyday spots in the Philly/Delaware County area and beyond).

Clear guidance on easy substitutions that actually taste good and save time.

Support for real-life challenges like family meals, eating out, and busy schedules.

My approach is grounded in my own transition and years of helping others navigate the same path. Sessions and small-group programs combine one-on-one guidance with hands-on experiences so you leave feeling confident instead of confused.

If you're tired of starting over or wondering where to even begin, a discovery conversation is a low-pressure way to see if this is the right support for you. Many people find that small, practical shifts create lasting results.
